Hello, my name is Elisa and this is the start of my blog for AICE media studies. I am creating this blog to document my process in the class. I am excited to be taking this class because in the past I've always found films and how content is made interesting. I find myself analyzing them sometimes, trying to understand why the directors make certain decisions. I first took a film class in middle school, but we never went too in depth into the actual productions, it was more on our own creations. However, because I did make a lot of projects in that class I am familiar with how the processes of filming and editing work, so I can take those and apply them to this one. I'm very excited for what I'm going to learn in this class and how it can help me better understand media in the future.
